Definitions

For the purposes of this Disclaimer:

  • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with international addresses will be cancelled and refunded.


2. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order size or delivery location within Malaysia. There are no hidden charges or handling fees.


3. Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of confirmation. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 7 days for the product to arrive, depending on your location within Malaysia.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information if available.


4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

In rare cases of product unavailability or delays, our customer service team will contact you promptly to offer an alternative solution or arrange for a later delivery.


5. Delivery Partners

We work with a variety of trusted local courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your car spare parts. Couriers are selected based on your delivery location to optimize speed and reliability.


6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues such as:

  • Non-delivery
  • Delayed shipment
  • Damaged packages

Please contact us immediately at one.auto.carsolutions@outlook.com with your Order ID and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will investigate the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible.


7. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. We will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you for further instructions.


8. Split Deliveries

In certain cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels to improve delivery efficiency or accommodate items stored at different warehouses. You will be notified in advance if this applies to your order.


9. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • Tracking number (if available)
  • Estimated delivery date

If you do not receive a confirmation within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
