3. Refunds

If approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that mistakes happen or plans change. That’s why we allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.
To cancel your order:

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process after delivery.

- Send photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- We will assess the issue and either offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.
